OKPlus Terms and Conditions — What Every Filipino Member Needs to Know

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "OKPlus" refers to the platform operating at okplus.site, including all game sections, account services, and promotional features accessible through the site.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on OKPlus.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the OKPlus platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or purchase of credits placed by a Member on any game available through OKPlus.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an OKPlus account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age, or the minimum legal age for online gambling in the jurisdiction where you are located, whichever is higher.
• You are a legal resident or citizen of the Philippines or are accessing the OKPlus platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not currently excluded from gambling on OKPlus or any affiliated platform through a self-exclusion request or regulatory action.
• You have not previously had an OKPlus account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information current throughout your membership.

OKPlus reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, or location. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one OKPlus account. Creating duplicate accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances or bonuses being forfeited. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created under your personal details without your knowledge, contact OKPlus support immediately through the official channel in your account.

3. Account Security and Responsible Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OKPlus account login credentials, including your password, one-time PIN, and any verification codes sent to your registered contact details. The following rules apply at all times:

• Never share your login credentials, one-time PIN, or account verification codes with any other person, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent OKPlus support.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact OKPlus support through the official channel in your account.
• OKPlus will never ask for your full password through a chat message, email, or external link. Any message requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent.
• Always sign out of your OKPlus account at the end of each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested, unless and until you report an unauthorised access incident to OKPlus.

OKPlus uses encrypted connections for all account activity. However, no system can be entirely immune from security risks. Members are encouraged to use a strong, unique password and to avoid using the same password across multiple online services.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All transactions on OKPlus are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). By registering an account, you agree to the following payment conditions:

Available methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. OKPlus reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own registered name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in the account area at the time of transaction.
• OKPlus does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits made using promotional codes or linked to bonus offers are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, including applicable wagering requirements.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account held in your own name and matching the registration details on your OKPlus account.
• OKPlus may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes providing valid government-issued identification and proof of the payment method used for the deposit.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Referral Rewards

OKPlus may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback rewards, and referral incentives to Members at its discretion. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your OKPlus account in PHP and may be subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is displayed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and cash funds in your account may be treated separately. The order in which funds are used for wagers is displayed in the account area.
• Bonuses have an expiry date after which they and any accumulated wagering progress will be removed from your account automatically.
• OKPlus reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to your account, and to cancel a credited bonus if there is evidence that it was claimed in breach of the promotion's terms.
• Members may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion's specific terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• Referral rewards are governed by the conditions displayed in the Refer a Friend section and are subject to the referred member completing the stated qualifying actions.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of derived winnings, and possible account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

By playing any game on the OKPlus platform, you accept the specific rules of that game as displayed in the relevant section and in these Terms and Conditions.

• All game outcomes on OKPlus that rely on random results are determined by random number generator (RNG) systems. Each result is independent of previous outcomes and is not influenced by account history, bet size, or any external factor.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game, OKPlus reserves the right to declare the affected round void and to refund the relevant wager to the Member's account.
• OKPlus is not responsible for any loss resulting from a Member's own technical issues, such as a dropped internet connection, device failure, or browser error, provided the game result has been correctly recorded on the OKPlus server.
• Members must not use any software, tool, script, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over OKPlus or other Members, including bots, automated betting software, or exploits of any known or suspected system vulnerability.
• Collusion between Members in poker or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• OKPlus reserves the right to suspend a game session or account if there is a reasonable suspicion of unfair play, pending investigation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited on the OKPlus platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity information.
• Using the OKPlus platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems, game engines, or payment processes.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward OKPlus staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the OKPlus platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, even through a VPN or proxy service.
• Allowing any other person to access or operate your OKPlus account, including a minor.
• Making deposits with the intention of withdrawing them without genuine wagering activity.

8. Responsible Gaming

OKPlus is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All games on the platform are for entertainment only and should never be used as a source of income or financial recovery. The following principles apply:

• Members are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods through the tools available in the OKPlus account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

OKPlus's total liability to any Member in connection with the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

OKPlus may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, OKPlus will display a notice on the platform or send a notification to your registered contact details. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the OKPlus platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the new terms take effect.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the OKPlus support channel, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Members agree that any formal legal proceedings relating to the OKPlus platform shall be conducted in the Philippines.
